Ukrainian scientists For scientists from Ukraine, whose papers will be accepted through the reviewing process, the registration fee will be covered by the symposium organisers and they can attend the conference (in person or online) free of charge. Additionally, accomodation at hotel Donat will be covered during the symposium for one author per accepted paper.

Important notice By participating at the conference each participant consents that he/she may be photographed/filmed/recorded. The photos/videos will be used to disseminate information about the symposium, and they may be used on ELMAR website and on social media, including YouTube. Photos/videos taken during symposium may be used for promotional materials, publications, in articles and potentially for publicity/marketing purposes, and may be shared with media or local press.
