CALL FOR PAPERS
ELMAR - Croatian Society ELMAR encourages the exchange of ideas and experience among different specialists engaged in research, development, design and application in the field of marine electronics and a wide range of related fields. The society was established in 1959 in Zadar, Croatia. Since then, the scope of its activities has been considerably expanded.
SYMPOSIUM SECTIONS
SUBMISSION - Authors are invited to submit 2 copies of full papers (5-page limit) for review by February 02, 2001. The papers should be written in English. Accepted papers will be published in the Symposium Proceedings. Submission please send to:

Each participant of the Elmar-2001 is required to pay one registration fee per accepted paper. If there is an interest in attending the Elmar-2001 (without the paper), one registration fee per attendant is required.
Mini-exhibition facilities will be available for firms wishing to display their products, services, hardware & software and literature relating to the Symposium topics. The companies whishing to participate in the exhibition are kindley requested to contact the Symposium Secretariat for further details.
ACCOMPANYING EVENTS - 3rd International
Symposium on Video Processing and Multimedia Communications -
VIPromCom-2001 and 4th University Sailing Regatta will be
organised during the ELMAR-2001 Symposium. The official pages

ACCOMMODATION & TRAVEL - There are a good connections by aeroplane and bus from Zagreb to Zadar. The accommodation for the participants and the lectures will be in the Borik hotel complex in Zadar situated in lovely pine woods surrounded by flowering parks on a sandy-pebbly beach. Borik hotel complex is 3 km away from the town centre and 10 km from Zadar airport.
